Just got the ability to reset perks. There a way to reset the points in Health / Magicka / Stamina?

I agree, that would be nice too. I mean, there are whole threads of people ripping up that idea because it "takes away from consequences". But it's a single player game and at level 81, maybe we don't WANT to start over. Thats our choice. People started tearing up the Dawnguard face changer for the same reason, lol. Because apparently, that shouldn't be there either. I support it cuz if it's something I want to do, and Bethesda includes it, then why the hell not for those that want it?

Anyway, yeah, I was really happy to hear about the perk thing. Even without the H/S/M re-edit, at least we can tweak perks. My character is really balanced, so I can kinda be a little bit of anything. 350 magicka/400 Health/350 Stamina. But I was hoping to try out a pure mage playstyle, but for that I'd need to at least double his magicka score.

Not complaining, though. Least now we have something to do with all those dragon souls that go nowhere once you master the thu'um. I got rid of some wasted illusion perks I never used and put them into Destruction. But maybe there is a way still, dlc is still brand new. What if it's done in another way and nobody has discovered it yet?

But the bad thing is,

Example

if you had say 86 in 1-handed, and had say 12 perks in it, and you spent a dragon soul on this and got the 12 perks back, and wanted to go into magic, if your destruction is only at say 15, then you can only put 1 of those perks into destruction until you raise it up and your level does not change either. So if you were at say level 81, you would still be at level 81.

Hope that made sense.

yes but.. you cant be 81 without increasing every skill to 100 anyway am i correct on this one? this way your just clearing one perk tree and filling others up to see what they offer. unless im looking at this all wrong

I do not know. I do not have any 81 level characters, for i do not "power play" as I think they call it. I am content in just gaining levels through the regular way. Forgive me if I do not use the proper terms, but you younger people know more "terminology" than us older people. lol

Anyway, if all your perk trees are at 100, then more power to you. I do not wish to be that high for there is no room for give and take. And if all your perk trees are at 100 then go for it.

Hope that made sense

I think that you should spend 3 dragon souls per tree and you get one less perk than you the amount that was cleared. That way it encourages you to place it right the first time and there is still some consequence

I do, lol. If I remember correctly, I had 100 in all skills except one, which was in the early 90's. Soooo....pretty darn close to needing maxed everything for level 81. Speech is a pain to level
