I never was a vampire before, then I want know what happens if:

-You don't feed?
-You become a vampire in stage 4?
-Do bitten people become vampire too?

Well pretty much you're screwed everytime you enter a town or come anywhere near NPC's (and anywhere near is like a 100m radius).

If I feed I don't get the stage 4 and people don't chase me? But as a vampire lord I'm already a stage 4 vampire, right or wrong?
If I get the stage 4 how leave it?

By having Dawnguard installed, people will not attack you at S4. Only if you present yourself in VL form.

Simply feeding on someone will revert you to S1, no matter what you current stage is.
