Accidentally spilled pop on the "T" button on my

computers keyboard and now its more difficult to press down unlike the rest of the keys

how can i clean my keyboard google results gave me laptop keyboard and a yahoo suggestion said run it under water which im 99.9% will FRY IT

was messing shaking a bottle of pop to make bubbles lid wasn't 100% on luckily the only key on my keyboard that is sticky is the T so im wondering how to remove the stickyness with out breaking the keyboard

get a knife and pry the key off the keyboard, then clean the underside of the key and the area where it goes back on.

pop it back into place.

o_0 so i pried it off and wasnt even pop under it but little but of a lucky charms marshmallow which i just scraqed off useing the knife i used to lift the key works perfectly now ^-^ also theres alot of cat hair under the keys and dust if i ever get around to plying each key off how should go about cleaning them and the part they is connected to

As Daggerfallftw said, pry off every single key on the keyboard. Then get a damp washcloth(if it's dripping water, it's too damp). Scrub vigorously, especially where you spilled the pop at. Once it appears clean, put the keys back on, and voila! You should be good to go. Warning though, it's possible the pop has done permanent damage, I've done the same before, to more then one keyboard. Sometimes you're ok, sometimes you're not.

i dont think i got any pop between the keys was just little droplets on some of them and only the T key was sticking didnt think my cereal would of caused it tho o_0

and orange or purple one ? i didn't really pay that much attention to colour i just recognized the colour of the substance and scraqed it off
