I have created this account so that I can post as the "contact form" does not seem to work at ALL

I am getting the below errors with my account I CAN NOT LOG IN
When I try to send and email to reset my password I get this error.

So I tryed to re-created the account to no luck i get this error below

THESE ARE ALL MY DETAILS THAT I WANT TO USE WHEN PLAYING IN MULITPLAYER AND I CAN NOT I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP.
