The Site somehow didn't want to accept my Pre Orde code ... that's no news. But then at some point it did. But it used another email address to registe it, the one I had to use for the demo (because my gamesas account would just not work). Now I have NO idea how to get it back on my actual account.
I tried logging in with the other mail address, but this account seems to have NO nickname, just the mail addy AND as soon as I want to edit profile or access the forums I get logged out. i also can't use the address in game, as the game wants a nickname, not a mail addres.
I tried contacting EA support, but the told me they have no access to accounts and that i should look at the gamesas support. i've sent a mail to support here but they don't seem to answer.

What now?

Anyone else with similar problems??
