I'll cut to the chase: I've completed the game twice without killing a SINGLE person (checked in mission stats) and have not gotten an achievement. Bug, glitch? WTF?

Did you sleepdart Granny Rags? I hear thats the bug and it counts as a kill.

Yes. I've been told if you never visit Granny Rags in the High Overseer mission, the whole encounter with her and Slackjaw will never happen later on.

Haven't tested this personally, though.

Yes.

It's in the attic. Two of the bedrooms have access. You need to look for it though because the little doors are not exactly obvious.

Another issue: I failed "flesh and steel". I only bought Mask optics and blink upgrades. Did the optics mess it up?

Flesh and steel only has to do with buying powers, as far as I know. Buying the blink upgrade messed it up, you can only have the first level blink.

Ah, I see. That's a bit decieving. It says I can't buy any powers BESIDES blink.
