Mine would have to be getting all fifty sunset sarsaparilla stars in one night, after many painstaking hours to find the remaining three i needed.

Completely obliterating the on hardcoe mode at level 3, with all of my limbs crippled and no stimpacks left.

Finishing the Auld Lang Syne quest and getting two sets of Enclave power armor for me and Boone to share

Edit: And killing the entire NCR Correctional Facility with no stimpacks at level 2.

Surviving that Deathclaw nest across the river and recovering so much good loot. (slaying 20-30 Deathclaws and surviving is a feat in itself)
