I found a pedestal at one location, I think it's called sth like Northbound watch.It's infested with bandits and connected via tunnel to if I remember correctly Southbound watch via pass of some sort and there is giant frostbite spider in the pass.I'd love to check in game for correct names but I'm not at home anymore and Google search doesn't give me any satisfying results. Anyway I found a pedestal and can't activate it, there is a command called Activate pedestal but nothing happens when I click it.Is it somehow related to some later quest?

P.S.
Northbound watch or whatever is it called is located near the Orphan rock if it helps anything.

Yes, I saw some of those pillars with "Activate" in others places too. Don't know what they do.
