Active Effects

One of the things thats bothering me is that it's difficult to tell what spells are currently active on me unless I go into the menu and scroll through it. When I have an item that reduces spell cost of all spells by #% it shows up under each individual skill. As in the Arch mages robes. I'd like to see that fixed if possible.

If anyone would care to make a mod I'd like a maintained (active) effects window so I can see what negative and positive effects are currently on me without using a menu. My summons often lag behind me and I'd like to know if they are still up without having to back track to look or just recast to make sure. If at all possible, separate windows for negative and positive effects would be wonderful.

I appreciate what they tried to do with minimal UI but I feel this is too much. A little window showing pictures of effects would be great.

I think it would be great if we could have active spell effects show up as small icons with timers on the HUD like they did in Oblivion.

I actually prefer this HUD. It only shows up when it's needed, so it's not so obnoxious and in your face like Oblivion's or Morrowind's.
