I saw the original video and they just said they were exploring a cave in the daggerfall covenant area.

I'm not sure but I think the character is a human. (I don't see pointy-ears and certainly not a tail.)
which means she'd be either a norn a redguard or a breton. Based on the light skin I don't think it's a redguard, which leaves Norn and Breton... Can't really see much else from the quality.

Well that character looks like a High Elf or Wood Elf, so i'm guessing Valenwood or Elsweyr
