Add A Legendary Difficulity

I think there should be A Legendary Diffculity DLC that can only be played when you hit 81. Legendary Diffculity should be made to where you need to have enchanted gear and the heavily improved gear in order to do play that level. This level should also unlock new quests, special gear and even some new skill trees (maybe could raise the lvl cap too). I think it would add more replayability to the game and give people a reason to fully buff out their character.

Now in order to play Legendary Diffculity you reset the game so you can play all the quests all over again but you get all your gear back after the intro. For instance your the stuff you had on your char will be in one of the chests where you can get the imperial or stormcloak armor.

They'd never do this. For one, most people don't reach level 81. If you took that requirement out, it'd be better.

Another thing, there's no need for resetting a character, just take out the level 81 requirement, and add in a difficulty higher than master.

Also, they need to do more than just increase the health bars of enemies and decreasing what you dish out. They basically need to make this a hard core mode. Required eating, drinking, sleeping, realistic carrying weight, maybe limit how many potions you can drink in a certain amount of time, and health potions heal over time.

Even with these changes I doubt they'd do it. And I believe they already said they wouldn't be adding any new skill trees that affect the leveling system.

And the most important thing would be to eliminate the possibility of looping crafting skills to make godly uber weapons.

If they did that, then this would be cool.

Sounds interesting, I would probably play more if the game got more challenging, if every bandit was like the Ebony Warrior, the game woul definitely be a challenge. That said, if you want it to be really intense I'd say implement something like "hardcoe Mode" from Fallout, that'd be pretty intense/cool!

There are mods on PC that increase difficulty and/or character level (eg Skyre, ACE and Community Uncapper) so a DLC centered on just replaying the game at a harder difficulty level likely wouldn't be a big seller on that platform

There's also player house mods, and one that customizes a house yourself, yet they still put out Hearthfire, which was much better than that mod. Just because pc already has it with mods, doesn't mean they shouldn't do it for the rest of us mortals. That would limit the list of what they could do by a lot.
