Adding on to Hearthfire

I have thought about a few things while playing Skyrim since I have built my new home thanks to Hearthfire that I think could add to the RPG experience.

When you buy your land in Falkreath, and build your new home you may have found that lunatic necromancer within earshot of your home. And when I found this lunatic, I did what any Da would do and slayed him for the sake of my family. Then I went to Pinewatch, and took care of business in Pinewatch.

And as most of us know, Pinewatch is also just a stone's throw away from our new home and our family. My idea for the Dev. team to add to Hearthfire or just as a patch in itself would be:

Cleaning up the hostile area. For the Necromancer, we could pay to have the Guards remove the necomancer's table thus making it to where a new necromancer will not respawn. From what I've noticed so far, the necromancer has not respawned. But It would be cool to get rid of the table and skulls and maybe replace it with something my kids could use. Or just remove it completely and leave it at that.

Then there is Pinewatch. As most of you have figured out, it is hostile to the player.
Spoiler
Since it is full of bandits with a ring leader, I felt the need to wipe them out for the sake of my family. What I would find cool would be that you could report the bandit house to the Guards in Falkreath, and they would clean up the place and remove all the dead bandits, traps, etc and then they could let a merchant of sorts live there like there was before the bandits. I think it would be cool to have khajiits set back up there and sell out of Pinewatch. And then that could give players a merchant shop within walking distance of Lakeview Manor. OR we could buy it and turn it into a shop for our wive to run. That may be a bit of a stretch on the wife part, but I think haivng a NPC run Pinewatch would be reasonable.

I do not have any of the other homes yet, so I cannot expand this idea past these two areas. But I'm sure the other homes have the equivalents of the necromancer and pinewatch or something close. What do you guys think on this idea? It is just a small idea yes but these simple changes make the RPG experience all the better.

And please, if you cannot add a useful reply please do not post...

Yes to what? Being able to remove threats that are too close?

- I know some will say that's the costs of living in the wild, but if you eliminate the threats and remove them from the area then they should stay gone and not just respawn.

Heljarchen hall is where I'm at, and I have yet to have a Giant give me trouble. Some wolves, but that's it.
I wonder if you have to have entered the locale or discovered the location before things start giving you a hard time.

Yeah and i'm sure that these places close to the homes will not offer anny trouble but still for the sake of the family and the house why not be able to clean them up and out

^ This. You should be able to kill the bandits, and they stay gone, as long as you have a house there. Ditto with the necromancer. I mean, I can understand them respawning if you DON'T live there, but once you own the land, eliminating the problem neighbors should be final. Bandits and Necros may be evil, but they're probably not entirely stupid.

I agree. I think though that they should take it further and just remove the necromancers table and dead bandits, and put NPC khajiits back into Pinewatch. Khajiits and Argonians face so much racism in this game (which I understand why, it's a Nord homeland) and you almost always find them slayed and killed in droves in areas so for once I think it'd be cool if they got something in return for being te crimes in Skyrim...
