Adding the perk to craft steel bolts via console ? : V

I know there's a mod that adds the ability to craft all the dawnguard stuff, but I want only be able to craft the simple bolts,
how can I add the perk, cant find any idea on the web

Isn't that just Steel smithing?
player.addperk 000cb40d
It's the first perk in the Smithing tree so you can get it easy without mods/console.

Possibly you have to use Gunmars Forge at castle Dawnguard.

You learn the stuff later when siding with the dawnguard, steel smithing is just one of the requirements to do so.

addperk and addspell doesnt work
