More than likely the four in Honorhall are your only choice. So no redguards.

From the official trailer, it seems that little girl that the PC asks if she wants him to adopt her is sittting infront of the Eldergleam in Whiterun. Seems that are adding new kids to adopt.

they should make your child grow over time and then eventually become your companion. That will probably never happen but will be cool.

I actually get what he means after thinking about it. You said you would send your "black" child out to work in the wheat farms, harmless sounding for Skyrim, yes. Everyone's got veggies and wheat gardens/farms there. But I'm guessing he linked the way you said it, as a reference to the slavery days of sending black people out to work on the cotton farms. Hence the, "Not sure if racist" bit. I would just ignore him, unless you ARE racists, and that was indeed what you intended as a sort of innuendo.

I love the mountainous areas around the city of Markarth, I'm really hoping we can build a home around there. Get a few Bosmer, and definitely a Khajit as well! I'd love some innocent little Khajit girl to protect from Giants. (I love the shy little types)

I don't think you'll get any other races besides the 2 kids models you see in skyrim.

There are more than 2 kid models I can find at least 3 different boy models and 3 different female models

No. She has the redguard skin. It is just milky chocolate colored. Okay, I only know she is redguard because I was told she was.
