Started a fresh game. Adopted Sofie, still had orphanage quest. Adopted Lucia, quest disappears with no completion warning and when I go to the orphanage Constance says "Congratulations, hope you have a wonderful life, etc." Anyway to get the quest back or fix this issue? If not just giving devs a heads up.
