Like a juvenile Falmer or a mutant Falmer? I've not see one like that in Dragonborn or the vanilla game. On Xbox so no mods applied.

They're minature Falmer - exactly like the normal version, but half the size. They can be found in Nchuand-Zel after completing The Lost Expedition; I have no idea why they appear though.

I never actually met them, I always run out of this place as soon as I can. I don't want to get involved in their fight with Dwemer automatons.

Oh! So this is part of vanilla Skyrim. I haven't done the quest under Markarth which involves the Dwarven ruin (don't like Dwarven ruins one bit). Something to look forward to...
