It all started when I was in Whiterun and I went to go to the Skyforge to get some supplies to make a sword. As soon as I was done, Alea and Skjor came up to the Skyforge with their weapons drawn and acted like I had started a conversation with them. Well after a few minutes of walking around Whiterun they had followed me into my house and did the same thing,and the thing is I barely got out of my house.
So I ran outside of the city,they weren't following me but when I was trying to fast travel away from them before they got to where I was the "You can't fast travel because you are being pursued by guards" dialog came up. Now I can't even go around the rest of Skyrim without Skjor or Aela coming from behind and talking to me.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

im no expert on the situation but id say your only choice is to revert to a previous save.
at the loss of alot of content im assuming.

I had this happen and I believe it is fixable....

Check all the holds to see which one you have a bounty in (I'm sure the reason this is happening is because you are wanted somewhere....for me it was solitude)

Anyway, clear your bounty...and they should stop. You may have to load a save before you acquired your unwanted followers...just to allow faster travel.
