Does anybody saw a Afflicted Refugee? I was at one Bandit Camp north of Witherun when one of those men started fighting with the bandits. But he not only fought with his weapons... He spit/vomited a Green Substance at the Bandits! Amazingly Disgusting.

He said that he has a Plague and that he is fleeing from Skyrim and from Peryite (SP?).
