I was playing with Heathfire and Dragonborn but had water freeze issues so followed the rules and deleted the skyrim files in the game data folder. Then reloaded skyrim, patch installed etc. saw that no content was in the downloadable content folder so I redownloaded and reinstalled both DLCs

Loaded upy game and everything was fine until I fast travel to solitude and fall right through the ground into the water with everyone else floating around with me

Tried restarts. Nothing works.

Please help!
