It's as simple as the title imply's, What is the age rating on Skyrim in England? I thought before now that it would be a 15 and have managed to pre-order it in person without any problems, i'm 17 but I notised on the elderscrolls site that the live action trailer says 15 but the behind the scenes video says 18 at the end. If anyone knows what the age rating is it would be a great help. I just don't want to go in when the shop opens on friday morning only to find out I can't actually get the game.

Wait everyone was saying it's a 15 in the uk a couple if days ago..

well.... the bbfc rating is 15, but i believe that only acts as a minimum, to the best of my knowledge the game will be released as an 18.. at least that what my preorder says

Its a 15, going by BBFC and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmwNljueNCg its hard to see but it looks alot more like 15 than 18 to me

I've been trying to find out if the PEGI rating is advisory or legally enforceable in the UK, and different sources give different accounts. As far as I can tell, in 2009 the British government declared that the PEGI rating would become legally enforceable, but that it hasn't actually done this yet. So I think that it's illegal to sell Skyrim to anyone under 15, and shops might refuse to sell it to anyone under 18.
