Have you tried say, replacing a wing.. reloading an old save..? Deleting then reinstalling patches..?

He'd have to be able to go outside to replace a wing.

I got out through the alchemy tower had 2 remodel the entryway to fix it

you guys are experiencing really bad problems. i havent encountered this before or any other major bugs. I guess new zealand is awesome.
