I just discovered Winterhold Imperial Camp just east of Downstar. Imperials there warned me to move along then attacked me. This never happened before, I could use even blacksmith facilities at those camps...
On Civil War line I have the crown from Stormcloacks quest but didn't gived it in, I strongly believe I visited other Imperial camps since I have the crown.
This is the first camp I visited since the latest patch (1.4). Could it be related?
Or is there something special with this one?

sure not, on another note just did Vermina's quest right before which was full of issues but that's known fact. I used console commands there as suggested on wikis

Well, I checked other imperial camps that I visited before and they have the same comportament becoming aggresive. Also, if I give the crown to the imperial general stormcloacks are attacking and imparials won't. Still seems strange, i didn't do anyting that the every camp should know about my choices and they don't attack on sight but they tell me to move along and if I stay they become aggressive.
Can someone please confirm that this is how is supposed to be? I was prrety sure I visited camps before and wasn't like that, but I'm not that sure anymore.

hmmm...I free stormcloacks captives from imperial and thalmor escort killing the guards, other than that and finding the crown I did nothing to them...is that enogh for such bad rep? also I have no proplem to enter the Castle Dour and such...

If you kill Imperial Soldiers you get bad rep. If you kill only Thalmor you don't. I play on side of the Imperial and kill the Thalmor all the time and the imperial still like me. But if you kill the Legion Soldiers they will see you as an enemy.

By the way, as I sayed if I give the crown to the imperial general the situation reverses: stormcloacks attack and imperial don't. So they become aggresive even if I didn't killed any stormcloack, so is the civil war quest or the patch.

Getting that crown for one of the two groups is when you decide what group you want to join. If you join the Imperials, the Stormcloaks become hostile. If you join the Stormcloaks, the Imperials become hostile.
