Is Ahzidal boots of waterwalking meant to be ancient nord bo

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUQuNvhlyPE at 38 seconds you see what is the ahzidal boots, but with a different look. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Hmm, that's odd. I always thought they looked like Ancient Nord Boots.
