Alright, so I decided to apply for an AFROTC scholarship. The application has been completed and I have an interview with Lt. Col. Zacharias of detachment 150 on January 4th. Has anyone here been in the AFROTC or is currently in it? Are any of you on scholarship at the moment? How tough was it to receive your scholarship? Also, what points do I need to key in on for my interview? What are they looking for in candidates?
And if I do end up getting a scholarship, what's college life like in the ROTC? How tough is the physical aspect of it? Is there anything else I need to know or be aware of?
Here's some of the info I submitted with my application if it helps answer any questions:
GPA: 3.96 weighted, 3.64 unweighted
ACT: 31-Composite, 31-Reading, 27-Math, 32-Science, 32-English
PFA: 41 push ups, 53 sit ups, 9:43 1.5 mile
