Which vendor sells the most ingredients, especially rarer ones?

Help is appreciated :D

As far as I can tell, they're all kind of the same. Sometimes they have a few rare ingredients, but I've been to all of them and haven't noticed one over another having more or better ingredients. Just have to look around... I tend to go to the one in Whiterun and Solitude, but that's just because I spend the most time in those cities.

Thanks for your help, but I was hoping there would be one that sells more ingredients that I need for potions.

Enthir (College of Winterhold - a fence) seems to always have Daedra Hearts for sale. Last time I checked he had 4, too bad he doesn't sell any other ingredients.

Yes, (ive been power leveling alchemy by fast traveling and buying out all the shops, so ive got some experience). They are all the exact same. Random. Even the master trainer in the DB doesn't always have daedra hearts like some people think. So yea, all shops are equal.

EDIT: also, the solitude alchemy shop. The damn owner won't sell anything to me. I did her quest but she still has no (whats for sale) dialogue options, what do i do?
