And the Alchemist store in any major town have 'em, as well as some dungeons.

And if I recall correctly some palaces have them too.

And some homes have them as an upgrade too apparently (although thats probably more longterm than you're looking for atm :shrug:

Most faction buildings also have them. (Thieves guild, brotherhood sanctuary, etc etc.)
