Im sure someone on the forum mentioned a shout called "Marked for death" that lowers armour and defense ratings.

Significantly weakens enemies
Clear The Skies
Literally clears the skies, gets rid of fog/blizzards(that's what the description looked like anyway)

Im pretty sure todd said that the dragon souls are used to unlock the rest of the words. Like an experience point that you can spend to learn a new skill. Not that ive seen it in action.....cough.....cough either

Have been multiple streams confirming that just having the soul wont cut it, you discover each individual word on walls, then use a soul to unlock each word

Clear Skies? I heard that game svcks. First one is the best.

Jokes aside. I can confirm Dragonrend, it basically prevents dragons from flying for a time period.

yes the first word is the shout has to be found. if additional words are in the shout are needed then they can be unlocked with the soul of a dragon, By absorbing the soul of a dragon you gain its knowledge=words
