Was odd, not sure when it happened, so no save to reload... All the NPC's in the game reset to their default place. A quick example is Adrianne Avenicci and Idolaf Battle-Born right inside of Whiterun. They don't do their original dialogue though, they just stand there, looking at each other, 24/7. This is actually kind of nice, because I can sell stuff to her at any point! But, here's the issue... Some quest NPC's did the same, such as Rikke, she's back at Castle Dour, not at the WInterhold camp, so I can't keep going with the Imperial questline... I've looked through console commands, tried tons of them to kickstart her, with no luck.
Right now, the quest entry looks like this,,,
( ) Regain Winterhold Hold
(X) Regain the Rift
(X) Regain the Pale
(X) Report to General Tullius

So, It looks like I need to have Rikke at the camp to move things along. I've tried the following:
I tried to move her there, but she just grumbles and starts a slow trek back to Solitude, with no proper dialogue
I tried to remove/reset the Report to General Tullius objective
I tried to complete the Regain Winterhold Hold objective
I tried to complete the quest that I would be given if she were there

I have NOT tried to force the entire quest line complete yet, I'd rather go through it properly!

I pinpointed the moment this bug triggered, not long after I updated to 1.4, It kept telling me that my save files were corrupted. I googled the issue, and one of the answers were to start a new game, then load one of my real saves, and it worked, but that was when things went all wonky Hopefully Seasons Unending will get people where they're supposed to be!

Nope! Completely broke, as far as Ulfric and Tullius are concerned, I'm not part of either the Legion, or Stormcloaks, haven't started Season Unending, and even though some of the Jarls are in the Palace of Kings, no one really seems to notice... What a mess! And here I thought I was doing awesome, with my first Master difficulty game... That's okay though, game it frickin addictive, I'll start over!
