Hello, I recently started a new character, and I was wondering if its okay to use all schools, im most intrigued by illusion and alteration, im not really into the destruction spells, I think im leaning more towards conjuring allies and perhaps having a companion with me, im not interested in alchemy, blacksmithing or enchanting, I rather spend my time questing and exploring.

So will I find it really painful at higher levels having invested in all schools of magic?

Not investing in enchanting might make things more difficult but you could certainly get away with a conjuration/illusion build.

It's possible, but enchanting will make it mush more easier.
