When you're a boss, you got to sit in a chair like one.

If you sit in the throne while they aren't using it, you assume the same position.

It's kind of a stereotypical "barbarian/nordic king" way of sitting.

See http://images.wikia.com/pathfinder/images/f/f7/Barbarian_king.jpg. And http://media.curse.com/CommunityServer.Components.PostAttachments/00/00/24/64/08/AoC_Conan_throne.jpg-720x540.jpg. And http://www.bishibooru.com/_images/62bf39c3063f14fc5b3d573dd38abaf8/41222%20-%20animal%20armband%20armor%20conan_the_barbarian%20conan_the_barbarian_%28series%29%20crown%20fire%20lion%20muscles%20realistic%20scar%20sitting%20solo%20sword%20throne%20weapon.jpg.

The examples go on and on, I assure you. Basically, when you are a bad ass Barbarian or Viking king of a frozen kingdom, you got to sit on your throne like the perpetually angry pimp you are.

Slouched back, legs spread, "come hither" look, loin cloth.

Why NOT sit like that?

Haha! I've noticed that too... So annoying after seeing every Jarl does the same pose.. Shame for a game like this, little things but eyecatchy.

I find it funny when that queen from solitude sits that way.

She's all pompous and snotty and then she sits like a man. lol.

Haha. Yeah. This is why I like the Jarls being in the laid back relaxed posture they sit in. These guys are warriors, the leader of all their people! More importantly, they have to sit on that throne for hours a day, so why wouldn't they get comfortable? In Oblivion, as shown above, the leaders all looked like they were being graded on posture or had a stick up their butt. If the Jarls have the power to have people killed they have the power to slouch. And the right!

Dude looks like he should be greeting people, serving wine, something other than being a leader. Now the Jarl in Skyrim...He is badass. I am not messing with him. It could also be because the

has a full head of hair too...

I don't understand the question, is that not how you sit on your throne?

Usually when I sit on a throne, I am hunched over and getting red in the face.
