Is all this tomfoolery going to get cleared up?

So, just did some reading around and I am seeing tons of problems with the game for my fellow pc gamers, this would include complaints about bad UI, No eyefinity support, not optimized, unstable FPS on high quality cards, terrible textures, crashes, and much much more.
So, question is, is all this going to clear up? is Bethesda going to release some patches for the game with more compatibility and stability? or are we, the community, going to have to wait months for the proper mods to come out to fix the big mess. of course as always respect to the game, and don't bash bethesda with "lying" but these are obvious problems and either their going to fix it or we are.

OF COURSE, there's the possibility that i'm making wild speculation based solely on the posts surrounding me, but I mean come on, THEIR EVERY WHERE
ALSO on another not, where in the world is everyone getting the game from, its still like 5 hours from release

Wait till the game comes out. If these problems persist, Beth will make patches. They might not fix everything, so then you can turn to community patches.

My biggest concern is that they fix the graphics issues where GTX 580 users are only getting 40fps while their GPUS are only 40% utilized.
