First, the blessing of Markarth does not give any benefit.

Second, and more importantly, the quest involving the forsworn and being inprisioned in the mine after meeting up in the Altar of Talos is bugged or incomplete. After completing the quest, nothing changes in the city. Main characters are dead, but the related characters (wives, relatives) are unaffected. Also, trying to go into the Temple of Talos in Markarth triggers the guards imprisoning each time I try to go in. I had to kill the main guard who approaches you to enter.

Please remedy whenever possible!

I have exactly the same bug! They tried to re-imprison me when I went back into the Shrine, and no matter what option you pick, they attack, then floods more guards come through the door.
