[REQ] Alternate "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!" Star

So this is going to be a bit of a hard request, but its something I think the game could benefit from.

So right now the only way to start the "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!" quest is to kill the old lady in the Riften Orphanage, and then kill Astrid in the Abandoned House. However, for more heroically minded or justice-minded characters, this presents somewhat of an issue - in order to destroy those evil, immoral murderers for hire, the Dark Brotherhood, we ourselves have to kill an innocent (though thoroughly nasty) woman, thus pretty much putting us on the same level as the people we're trying to get rid of, even if our motives are different.

What I desire is a way to start the "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!" quest that starts in a more morally acceptable and non-evil way. And I think there is a rather simple, though hard to implement way to do this.

If you don't join the Dark Brotherhood and you continue to play the game, you know the Dark Brotherhood takes contracts on you and sends random (usually Argonian) assassins after you. What I propose is that killing three or more of these assassins causes a new event, wherein Astrid herself, now incensed because you're manhandling the assassins she is sending after you, decides to come after you personally, either ambushing you on the road or trying something more dastardly like attacking you in an Inn or Tavern while sleeping, and you have to fight her off.

Killing her then sets up the quest like normal, where you can report it to a guard or to the Pentius Oculous and start the "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!" quest without having to kill the innocent old lady.

I would attempt to do this myself, but this requires scripting, which I'm not capable of doing (its just beyond my ability). I don't think any custom dialogue is needed, nor any modification to vanilla dialogue that could cause the CK bug. We just new a new event with a new trigger that leads into something that already exists in-game - which is of course, still complicated.

Any one willing to try/do this?
