Alternative Ways to Play Through Skyrim

I was just wondering what types of playstyles people have come up with to provide alternative ways to play through Skyrim. I'm not asking about characters or builds but, how to play the game differently. I've really gotten bored of being the dragonborn, or the mage's guildmaster, or the thieves guildmaster, or a companion. I'm looking for some new and fun ways to experience the game in a whole new light, especially with the coming DLC (PC user). Are there any good rule sets that have been developed or are being used? I've played through as "hordcore," with max difficulty, eating, sleeping, carrying logical amounts of stuff with looting rules and skill rules. What else is there?

It'd be fun to discover a way to play through the game as an "evil" character. Good rule sets other than the boring and simplistic "steal from everyone and murder people." Even new ways to play through good natured characters would be cool too! Also ideas to go from the basic, killing people or monsters, to some other way to play through the game.

I'm looking for a new way to get interested in the game again so that I can enjoy it as I play through the Dragonborn DLC. Thanks!
