Basically, if you open and close the tab or esc menu, enter a new world space, talk to someone while holding down shift, it will toggle always run for you. (I like it to default to walk, and hold down shift to run like in other video games). So, you end up having to caps lock over and over to fix it. Kinda annoying, really.

I have this problem too! (It's nice to walk sometimes...)
