Amazon.com Pre-Orders - Have they shipped yet? : V

So I pre-ordered through Amazon about a week ago and opted for "release date delivery". Here we are on 11-10-11 and I haven't gotten a ship-notification yet, starting to get a little nervous.

Has anyone gotten a tracking number from Amazon yet?

No tracking number yet. The status on Amazon is "Shipping Soon".

If you have an Amazon account you can of course check the status of your order online.

if you got release date delivery they usually dont send the shipping confirmation email till late evening or sometimes even that night..

Strangely enough, my Stategy guide is marked "Shipping Soon", but my game is still "Not Shipped".. :brokencomputer:

I ordered through Amazon.co.uk (cos me live in UK) and all I can say is mine was dispatched wednesday afternoon and

IT ARRIVED TODAY! :celebration:

Now obviously it won't let me install it, but I clicked the pre-load button and it's downloading whatever it is it needs to run.

My strategy guide and game are both marked as "shipping soon"

I made the orders seperate, got release day delivery for the game and regular prime delivery for the guide, so I wasnt expecting it until next week, but maybe they'll put them in together to save shipping costs.

My son has received his PS3 copy from Amazon before a few couple of hours.

He is already playing the game while I am waiting another 12+ hours for friggin' Steam to activate my friggin' download so that i can play the friggin' game!

Frustrated of Steam again, they should react and activate the game asap, as others are already able to play... ;(

It's pretty standard for release day delivery to not ship until the afternoon/night before.

And remember: If it doesn't arrive on the release day for whatever reason, you can simply contact their support and they'll likely give you a $10-$20 credit for your troubles.

My copy of Skyrim has shipped from Amazon.co.uk, but the CE game guide from Amazon.com does not ship until the 14th. I guess the American site has issues with getting things out on time.

Mine just got updated today. They charged me and it says shipping soon.

I was hoping it would get here today so I could start playing on midnight, but oh well. I'm guessing it's going to get here just before I have to go to work tomorrow in the after noon, so I'll have to be at work while Skyrim is sitting at home ready to play :cryvaultboy:

Got an email this afternoon saying it had shipped, so should have it tomorrow morning. Amazon UK don't seem to be selling the strategy guide, so I am going to get that separately. Tomorrow
