So, currently im at The House Always Wins. Part, 5? I just killed the BoS, but i haven't told him, because now i've done around 13 quests for the ncr and am "Liked" by the NCR, yet i have no way to see ambassador crocker.

The receptionist tells me to go see him, but he's never there, ever he's not on base, i've looked everywhere.

did you use the wait feature and see if he's there during "business hours"?

I'm not sure if it's the definitive mission for ending your relationship with the NCR (the lipstick on your shirt collar, if you will) but I completed the missions for House/NCR up to How Little We Know (i think thats the name. The Gomorrah mission.) and turning it in for House makes it so you can't work for the NCR anymore (complete's Don't Tread on the Bear). That could be why, though I would assume crocker just wouldnt talk to you, not disappear, but with some of the weird ass decisions about continuity i ran into I wouldn't be surprised if they just removed him and anyone else in the ncr that gives you quests.

Usually he is in his office (to the left of the receptionist) during business hours, and if he isn't, he can normally be found in his bunk (on the right side). This quest line when finished just sends you over to hoover dam to do another quest line for the ncr
