Ammunition or unlimited arrows?

Will there be different types of arrows in this game? Or does every bow get unlimited arrows?

I do hope its like the previous ES games

Would rather have it unlimited. Likely archery will be more ability based then it will just be about shooting certain arrows. As you lvl an Archer or as you use a bow perhaps you gain access to stronger arrows. For example when you start your bow shoots just steel or iron arrows, then as you skill up the bow you gain access to and can equip your bow with Glass, Elven, Ebony arrows. So while ammo will be unlimited you'll need to "equip" your bow with a certain type of arrow to shoot. Then on your action bar you'll have you varies types of bow shots, single shot, AoE, CC etc.

So it'll be more a mix of the single player game and MMO mechanics.

I vote for ammo..its just something about having to keep that in the back of your mind wail you play. knowing if you forget to buy/make some you can run out in the middle of a fight.

Runescape has it (havent played that game in 10 years +) I think adding arrows would give crafters more options and make combat more varied

Ammunition, by far. I can see archers becoming complete trolls in this game if they don't have some limitations. If perks that speed up your drawing speed and perks that allow you to zoom in exist, then there won't be much point being a melee character when you have some bowman picking you off from miles away. Using a bow should require skill and tactics, not mindless firing at the enemy knowing you'll never need to stop.

Having ammunition also adds depth to the game - you can have the existing TES mechanic of having stronger and weaker arrows.

I'd prefer ammo.

When the decision is between TES mechanics or MMO mechanics, TES should always win unless there is a good reason for it not to.
