And I ask myself 'Why?'

Post » Mon Nov 12, 2012 11:00 am

Why are there so much sixually themed mods out there, and why are they so widely used? I cannot understand why people would go through all the pain of downloading and modding(and abusing) Skyrim, when 3/4 of the internet is far more 'appropriate and effective' to satisfy their lust? It's not that they're [censored](or schlicking) over a videogame character, no ,they actively (ab)use a videogame to get off. Am I missing something or what?

Everyone's got their quirks. It's harmless.

Maybe it's like driving standard instead of automatic?

Honestly, I try not to think too much about it, as there's better things for me to devote my time and energy to.

Why are there so many "realism" mods when we have a perfectly fine real life for that?

Firstly we can not tell people how to play their game. If they want to do that. That is their choice and no hand waving will convince them otherwise. And the mod authors (many of them very tallented ) are just playing by the rules to get popularity.

To the nvde mods themselves.
There are a lot of categories of those people:
1) Conan-fantasy-esque fans: Those are the mods/creators/fans that like those armors with a lot of skin but no nudity.
2 )"Modern" fantasy fans - same as the above maybe with more lingerie.
3) Appareal fans - these are the mods witch are "sixy" with no nudity. Leather, clothes near to the skin.
4) Fracking weirdoes - Most nvde/revealing mods
5) I have never seen a woman in my life! - BIG I MEAN BIG Honkers.
6) No excuse for being alive -nvde vampire lords - enough said! WHAT WAS SEEN CAN NEVER BEEN UNSEEN!

It's not like I spend hours pondering about this, it just struck me while I was on the Nexus, and I found it pretty suprising.

Skyrim is your first TES game? Oblivion nexus was/is much MUCH worse .

I don't have a problem with anybody, I just don't understand it! I mean, nudity mods an such seem pretty logical, as most of us are grown-up enough to have such realism in the game. But I can't find the use of the manga-esque chicks with enormous hooters.

And I ask myself why so many people get so bothered by mods that are *optional* to download. If mod content isn't to someone's liking, they are free to ignore it. Personal opinion, personal choice.
