Dawnguard is not available for Swiss Canada Québec Belgium... Why?

It will be available in same time the update for the French people? (Translate from Internet, sorry ^^')

I think they only have the English speaking one out on Xbox right now


Belgium usually sells the English version though ( at least here in the Dutch speaking half)
