So, I was kind of low on money and did not want to pre order the game... that is, until now. I just neeed the $$$ Anyone else changed by the screenshots?

I was going to preorder the LE until today. Now im wondering about even preordering within the next 3-4 months.

Why don't I want to preorder anymore? Because their is no proof that the game will even release on my platform, that's why. -.-

I now don't want to, the game looks more and more like some console bastardised retard child of the original crysis every day. If they want to recover any sales from the pc community they have to prove to us it deserves the crysis name.

I am not amused thus far.

I was gonna, but then crytec made the beta 360 only. Now I won't know if my PC can handle it. They better release a benchmark or something.

I had pre-ordered this game a while back and was thinking about changing it for the new COD, but after seeing the MP video I am confident Crysis2 will be Epic !

CryTek has yet to confirm that it is 360 only.

It is going to be on all three major systems, IE 360, PS3 and PC

How do you know? There has been no marketing or footage for the PC or PS3. -.-

it may as well only be for one system, since the pc version will just be slightly shinier than the console versions, so it'll be nowhere near reaching the standard the original set.

The ps3 will get the game it deserves though, but spare a thought for us pc gamers, we once had a hope of two fantastic games on the horizon, crysis 2 and battlefield 3, now both of them have been ruined in the name of cross platform bollocks.

It's not like the previous games sold badly, battlefield 2, for example sold nearly 3 million copies. That's more than some xbox and ps3 exclusives, yet they don't suffer the indignity of a cross platform release to ps2 just in the name of more sales.

Uhhh, go to the website and look at the bottom of the page. PS3 + PSN and Widows

There WILL BE PC and PS3 gameplay, just calm down and wait for it

Ok, I get what you mean, but you are wrong.

I like that they are putting it on the other systems because I cannot pay for an epic PC... yet. Thus, those of us who can't CAN still play C2 at high end settings

And no, the PC will look a WHOLE lot better. Trust me, I know PC hardware, I know what it can take, and I have seen the recommended specs for the PC and it'll be awesome

The pc version will be a little shinier, yes it'll look a whole lot better than the consoles, but that is still just polishing a turd. The gameplay looks worse than the original, the maps are far far smaller and there's just no way it'll deliver the crysis moments i was expecting.

With the pc recommended specs, the crysis recommended specs for 1080p play on very high are a gtx260+ the only reason it's not stated is because that card isn't made.

If crysis 2 really pushes pc's, the recommended specs are a hd5870 or a gtx480 with a quad core and not any lower than that, like how the originals was an 8800GTX and a dual core because that was as good as you could get.

Also, i know pc hardware, and i know that what i've seen isn't pushing any boundaries so far. I'll be surprised if it even makes my hd5870 think twice about going into low power mode.

I don't really pre-order games until it's on it's last few weeks.

Crysis 2 will most likely follow that.
