PC and XBOX 360

I don't know if i'm in the right place to ask this, but here it goes.
What settings in Skyrim on PC would be equivalent to the Xbox 360 version ? (like medium, high, etc)

I dont know. I would be asking: "How much better would this game be without consoles"

Console: High "you can run it"
