Angi should be a follower

For those of you who don't know who she is, Angi is a nord who lives south of Falkreath in a secluded cabin. She has murdered two Imperial guards who murdered her entire family, so she is hiding out. I propose a quest after the Archery targets "quest" she gives you to either persuade the Jarl of the hold that has a bounty on her head to let her go, or pay yourself. She then becomes a viable companion option who mainly uses archery.

She seems like she'd be ruthless, and after you paid her debts, she would be in debt to you in turn--the perfect scenario for a potential follower. She also has a very soothing voice (the latter sentence is subjective, but I certainly like it).

Also, allowing her to level up alongside you would be awesome.

Anyone else agree?

I dunno. Not every cool NPC with a backstory should be a follower. In some cases it may strengthen them, sure, but in most it just undermines what makes them so interesting to begin with.

Perhaps if the follower system was actually individualised instead of every potential follower turning into the same npc once they're travelling with you.
