Annoying mouse stuttering!

Post » Wed Jun 20, 2012 2:10 pm

Hello guys i have really annoying problem which consider mouse. So when i'm in interiors and i'm looking in some areas of the screen my mouse starting to stutter its nothing to do with performance because my fps is stable the problem is in mouse smoothing. I have tried everything from setting vsync to off/on disabling mouse acceleration applying some antilag programs but nothing helps. I have skyrim 1.6 am that is my specs:

AMD Phenom II X4 960t 3.4Ghz
4GB Ram
GeForce GTS 250 (newest drivers)
Windows 7 64bit Ulimate

BTW in version 1.4 and earlier everything was working fine the problems starts from version 1.5

Please help my skyrim is unplayable because of that trival problem:(

I have the same problem, had it since launch. I've tried:

Enabling Triple Buffer with Radeon Pro - No effect
Disable vsync in Radeon Pro - No effect
Disable vsync in CCC - No effect
MSI Afterburner fps limiter - No effect
DXTory fps limiter - No effect
Simple Borderless Window - No effect
Disable vsync in SkyrimPrefs.ini - Worked with 1.4 patch and earlier. With patch 1.5 and later vsync is always on.
Antilag fps limiter - Helps mitigate the problem if I limit my fps to about 31 but the mouse jitter is still there.
ENB fps limiter - No effect
Uninstall Logitech Setpoint - No effect

I'd really like to see Bethesda address this issue or at least have the community come together and figure out a real fix once and for all.

My specs for those that are curious.
Intel i5 2500
8Gb Ram
Ati Radeon HD4870 (latest drivers)
Windows 7 Pro
Logitech MX Revolution mouse

I'd like to enjoy this awesome game without feeling like I've got a vibrator strapped to my mouse. :bonk:

I fixed this with the simple borderless window mod on my hd 6870, but I recently upgraded to a gtx 670 and the problem is gone... Dunno what it was...
I have a logitech g500 mouse and I was using it before and after I swapped cards so I doubt that would have anything to do with it. Driver issue maybe?
