A cut scene will play showing a monster inside the ship. Then Officer Winter will have a conversation with the the shipmate before the monsters attack. As soon as the monsters attack, Officer Winter says "Get inside" and "Shut the door."
As I understand from videos, Winter is supposed to say "get inside" then he is supposed to run inside, followed by "shut the door" at which point the door is scripted to shut.
However, these events are playing too close to each other. So Winters says "Get inside" followed immediately by "shut the door" before he has the chance to run inside. This causes the game to shut the door on Winters so he is forever locked out.
I've tried everything and can't figure out a way to get this to work the way it's supposed to and without Winter following you it's impossible to complete the level.
Any suggestions?
I assume that these are scripted events so perhaps something is making them trigger too quickly? Is there any way to slow them down to normal speed?
