so i try to do the quest the first time, but the person i was supposed to rescue died, so i failed the mission...

then im given it again and everything goes perfectly fine until i try and turn it in to vilkas where he just says thank you

the quest comes up as completed, but i dont get paid...


and worse yet, no other members of the companions will let me work because "im still running a job for vilkas" so i cannot progress in the companions story line
