Another law firm has filed a class action lawsuit against THQ over its alleged poor handling and cover-up of its failed uDraw franchise and GameTablet peripherals.
Despite healthy sales for uDraw's Wii game in early 2011, the company overestimated demand when it attempted to expand the franchise during the holiday season. Three different law firms http://gamasutra.com/view/news/172641/THQ_bombarded_by_uDraw_class_action_lawsuits.php against the company over the troubles, and now Levi & Korsinsky has joined the rabble, alleging that THQ "issued false or misleading statements" regarding the demand for the product.
