I was certain I'd be trudging through a giant ant hive at least once with a queen as the end, but I haven't found one. I can think of at least 3 places where there might be one, but nothing.

I understand that a copy-paste from the Fallout 3 "Those!" quest would be lame and another Shalebridge more so, but I was still looking forward to it.

There's a barn by Camp McCarran that has an ant mound...

There is one, i was in one, its near the top left of the World Map, i attacked 3 massive ants then inside a shack i realised i could go down, before i had anytime to fight anything my sidekick has mutilated everything inside there including the queen. When you kill it you get female ant pheromones, worth nothing which i was annoyed about!

Its beside one of the NCR camps further down the hill.

There is a very small ant mound inside a barn somewhere. There is an Ant Queen in there. I got nothing off her corpse. I dont know if she respawns.

I forgot about that one. Probably because it's so small. Even smaller than most of the caves/mines you come across.




No idea, what this place might be.

I've only come across a single queen myself so far and I can't even remember where it was. She had no loot.
