Anti-Aliasing not working when in Fullscreen

I'm having a strange problem where, no matter how high the Anti-Aliasing is, I still get jaggies. This appears to happen in every other game as well, not just Skyrim exclusively. When I run the game in Windowed mode however, the jaggies are completely gone. I have also noticed that the text is clearer/cleaner in windowed mode, and looks somewhat "corrupted" while in fullscreen. Other games I've played also have this text corruption while in full screen, yet in a windowed mode the problem is always fixed.

Here are my system specs, and I'm playing on a Sony Bravia HDTV, connected to my graphics card via an HDMI cable. The fact that fullscreen seems to be the source of this problem has me wondering how I could fix it.
