Any Brandon Sanderson fans around here?

Pretty straightforward. Was wondering if anyone around has head any of his work.

I ve read War Breaker and just finished up the Mistborn series; getting ready to start Alloy of Law.

I know he took over Wheel of Time as well. Sice ne didnt start the series, would it be hard for a fan of his to get into?

Cheer!

Never heard of him.
Well, I hadn't either, untill my wife mentioned I may like one of his books.
I think the dray, at least ofr me is that he does really well with character development and creates some pretty unique and well thought out makic systems for his books.

I haven't gotten into his part of Wheel of Time yet, but I'm enjoying the series so much I can't imagine disliking his part.

He finished up Jordan's Wheel of Time and started his own series, writing the first installment "Way of Kings" I believe. It's gotten tons of praise, saying it has the scope to become as grand as Wheel of TIme. Once I finish the next 12 books in the series, I'll start on his own personal series.

All I've read is the first Mistborn, but it was quite good. At some point I'll probably pick up a copy of the second book, and after I'm done with Mistborn I might read Elantris.

I really enjoy his writing. I think he;s done a good job with the last few Wheel of Time books. To me he seems less superfluous in his writing that Jordan was, but he still emulates the style of Jordan's writing well. I recently got the first two boos in the Nigh Angel Trilogy, which Im looking forward to starting soon. :)

I've only read his two Wheel of Time books. I wouldn't have minded him cutting back on the bulk, but he seems like a fairly good author.

I thought the Mistborn trilogy was alright and if not for them having a different author I never ever would have tried the rest of the wheel of time which I became fed up with long ago. But yeah, hes okay.

I freakin' love the Night Angel Trilogy.
Is that the one about the kid that starts out in the Thieves Guild where the head guy is called Rat?

Those books were great, had no idea they were by Sanderson.
